		<description>Yeah, Adobe wouldn&#039;t play ball, but as I said, Apple might have the ability to cut them out of the picture in the long term by rolling their own Photoshop. They&#039;ve already got Final Cut and Motion to compete with Premiere and After Effects, so why not expand?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Still, in the short-term, Apple probably just wants to use their own CPU for their mobile stuff, but it&#039;s almost inconceivable that they&#039;re not seriously considering rolling that technology into Macs.</description>

		<description>Some of these thoughts ran through my head too when they announced their own CPU. Flashbacks to PowerPC days. I think Apple just wanted a more efficient mobile CPU that they could control, is all, where things like speed need to be balanced with the all-important power consumption.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;When it comes to their desktop computers, it doesn&#039;t make sense for them to move away from Intel. Adobe sure as heck ain&#039;t going to program a new CS suite for them. :) Desktops are the power-users&#039; realm in Apple&#039;s book, and it doesn&#039;t seem to make economic sense for them to try to futz with that since they&#039;re so focused on mobile computing for the foreseeable future. That and desktop computers have plugs.</description>
