You are free to:
Share the work with others by distributing it, copying it, transmitting it, throwing it in people’s faces, etc.
(Note that this does not negate any legal ramifications regarding throwing an object in someone’s face)
Under these conditions:
Attribution: Tell people who the original work is by, and that it’s CC-BY-NC-ND, but not in a way that suggests Plankhead/Zacqary endorses you
(Unless I do endorse you and tell you so, in which case, go for it)
Noncommercial: Do not use the work for commercial purposes or for profit
(Unless you work out a contract with me, which is totally doable)
No Derivative Works: You can’t change anything about the work or include it in others
(If you need to resize it, compress it, or spilt it into a zillion parts due to technical stuff, that’s fine)
If you would like something beyond the scope of this license (i.e. commercial use) in exchange for some amount of money directly proportional to how large of a corporation you are, don’t hesitate to ask about that.
